Work out.
its time to get back into the routine of working out every day again. graduation is in 6 days…im gonna do 45 mins to an hour of cardio a day. i wont be able to weigh 120 by graduation like i had originally planned but if i can do really wel this next week i can probably hit 124-125. ahh i just need to stay motivated. i always get really motivated for like a day then kill it. anyone have tips on how to stay motivated?
